  • Do you ship internationally?
    In the meantime we are only shipping domestically, Canada, & South America. Soon, in the near future will be shipping worldwide!
  • After order confirmation, how long is the wait until my order ships?"
    We try our best to ship items as fast as we can during normal- operating hours (Weekends and Observance Holidays are not operating business hours). Please allow 3-7 business days production time for your order to ship out (production time may vary based on the volume of orders). Average shipping upon order completion is 5-7 business days. We ship orders only on Monday’s, Tuesday's, and Wednesday's of every week (if a shipping day falls on an Observance Holiday, we will ship the order the next shipment day). Orders placed after Tuesday's 6 PM (EST) will be shipped the following shipment day of the 'week after.' Local Order pick up - same day pick up available, if the order is placed before 10 AM. If local pick up orders are placed after 10 AM, order will be ready the following business day. Local orders can be picked up at our location from Monday through Friday from 10 AM - 6 PM (exclude Weekends and Observance Holidays).
  • My tracking says that my package was delivered, but I don't have my package. What should I do?"
    Sometimes deliveries are scanned incorrectly, so give it a day or two. If you still haven't received your package, make sure your address information is correct on your order receipt. Contact your local post office if you believe there has been an error. If you are still unable to resolve your issue (missing package) after taking these steps above, please contact our Customer Care team at "Contact Us" page for further assistance to get your matter resolved.
  • Do you offer returns or refunds on your items?
    We are pleased to resolve any issues with your order. Please contact our Customer Care team by "Contact us" page, within 3 days of receiving your order. Please note that due to the consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. YoMo Sea Moss will ONLY provide a refund to any items damaged or lost. A 15% restocking fee may apply. Contact our Customer Care Team "Contact Us" page - If the item is related to damage; we will need a picture of the damaged goods, and order number. If it related to lost items; we will need the tracking information. Upon receipt, refunds with the restocking fee will be processed the same day and replacement orders will be sent within 1-3 business days of receipt (does not include Weekends or Observance Holidays).
  • I paid for expedited shipping. Where is my order?
    Please allow 1-3 business days for processing orders. Once shipped, you will receive a notification with a tracking number sent to your email. After your order has been shipped, we have no control over delivery times.
  • What happens if I entered the wrong address?
    Please email yomoseamoss@gmail.com as soon as possible. If you do not realize the mistake until after the order has shipped, we will send you another order. However, you will have to pay for the shipping cost/fee.
  • Where is your sea moss sourced?
    We've selected the best suppliers through countless examination to provide our customers with the most authentic and natural sea moss on the market. We have a reliable direct source in St. Lucia that we source all YoMo Sea Moss Inc products from.
  • Can children consume your sea moss products?
    The answer is Yes to all! Our products are safe for your little ones to consume and super beneficial for them as well. For the sea moss gel, children under the age of 12 should consume (1) tablespoon. For the sea moss capsules, children under the age of 12 should take only (1) capsules. For the sea moss gummies, children under the age of 12 should take only (1) gummy. Our future generations should also be intaking sea moss benefits.
  • Is it sea moss or Irish moss?
    YoMo Sea Moss products come from sea moss itself not Irish sea moss. Sea moss grows in warm, tropical oceans and have thick, stick-like branches. You can often find it in gold, purple, and green varieties. Irish moss grows in colder, northern oceans and has dark red, flat curly leaves. Both are part of the red algae family which makes them very similar in nutrional value. If you search for any information on sea moss, you will find the same for Irish moss.
  • What's the difference in the raw sea moss colors?
    So sea moss naturally comes in color. The way the gold color is achieved is by drying it in the sun to "bleach" the color out. The full spectrum royal purple naturally have more phytonutrients and antioxidants because of the color. However, they both have 92 of the 102 minerals sea moss offers.
  • How much sea moss gel can I consume daily?
    YoMo Sea Moss gel is made of 92 - 102 minerals. Sea moss gel is suggested to take daily. 1-2 tablespoons, to get the minerals your body required.
  • How many sea moss capsules can I take daily?
    Adults are required to take 2 capsules a day. Do not exceed! Children under the age of 12 take 1 capsule a day. Do not exceed!
  • How much sea moss gummies can I take daily?
    Adults can take up to 3 gummies a day. It is recommended to take 3. Do not exceed! Children can take up to 1 gummy a day. It is recommended to take 1. Do not exceed!
  • How do I store my sea moss gel?
    As soon as you receive your gel, refrigerate it for 5 hours before use. We freeze all gels before shipping and securely wrap them in packaging insulation and added packaging. However, you'll want to refrigerate for a few hours to make sure it will return to it's intended consistency. Gels should be used within 3-4 weeks.
  • How long does sea moss last?
    If stored in a bag and in a cool dark place like your kitchen cabinet, sea moss will last over a year!
  • How long will sea moss gel last?
    Sea moss gel must be refrigerated. Typically, sea moss gel lasts 3-4 weeks. If you order more than one jar of sea moss gel, we suggest freezing what you aren't using in order to extend the shelf life. Sea moss gel can last up to 6 months in the freezer!
  • How long do the sea moss gummies last?
    The sea moss gummies are similar to the sea moss gel. Must be refrigerated. Typically, our sea moss gummies lasts 3-4 weeks. If you order more than one container of sea moss gummies, we suggest freezing what you aren't using in order to extend the shelf life. Sea moss gummies can last up to 3 months in the freezer!
  • How long do the face mask sheets last?
    YoMo sheet masks come in a pack of 5. Our face mask is the same as the sea moss gel, which will last 3-4 weeks and must be refrigerated. We suggest letting the face sheet mask warm to room temperature before application. Once you're done, back in the fridge it goes!
  • Do you offer local pick ups?
    Local pick up is offered by appointment only at our location 13720 SW 256 Street Apt 301, Homestead, FL 33032. Same day pickup available for orders placed before 10 AM.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    You can cancel your order before the item(s) ship. Once the item(s) are shipped please contact our Customer Care Team for further assistance regarding your order at yomoseamoss@gmail.com.
