SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding Weekends and Observance Holidays). Same day pick up for local orders if the order is placed before 12PM. If the order is placed after 12PM, order will be available for pick up the next business days (excluding Weekends and Observance Holidays). Local Orders can be picked up from Mon.-Fri. 9am-5pm. Shipping orders for Standard/Ground shipping is 3-5 business days (does not include Weekends or Observance Holidays). There's overnight and 2nd Day shipping option also available for faster delivery.
SHIPPING MEMO
Irish Sea Moss expands when not refrigerated. Due to high temperatures during summer months and delayed shipping times due to COVID-19, it is recommended to select overnight shipping for any sea moss products.
We are NOT responsible for delayed shipping times resulting in damaged goods.
Return & exchange policy
If you have any issues with your order, please contact our Customer Care team by emailing yomoseamoss@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note that due to the consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

If any issues may arise we are pleased to resolve any issues and provide a refund or replacement for any damaged or lost item. If this may be related to your order, please email a picture of the damaged item and order number for tracking verification. Upon receipt, refunds will be processed the same day and replacement orders will be sent within 1-3 business days of receipt (does not include Weekends or Observance Holidays).

PRODUCT INFO
Sea Moss, also known as Irish Moss (Chondrus Crispus), contains 92 of 102 essential minerals for the human body. It is an excellent source of iodine, minerals, protein, and potassium chloride. Sea moss also helps dissolve inflammation and phlegm in the mucus membranes, ideal for respiratory issues. Other key elements include sulfur compounds, bromine, beta-carotene, calcium, iron, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, selenium, zinc, pectin, Vitamins C, B, B12, K, and A.

It can be kept in the fridge for 3 to 5 weeks

1-2 tablespoon is the recommended amount daily.
